Shuttle policy

• Hotel to airport: Book at least 60 minutes ahead, be in the lobby 15 minutes early with your luggage ready, and expect the shuttle to leave at the scheduled time.
• Airport to hotel: Choose your arrival date, at least 30 minutes before you call the front desk. When ready, after collecting all bags, contact the hotel front desk and staff will dispatch the next available shuttle. Wait outside Terminal A (Door 115) or Terminal C (Door 105).
• No food, drinks, or smoking in the shuttle.
• Service may be refused when a strong smoke odor or unsafe behavior affects the vehicle or other passengers.
