These Terms of Use apply to the Best Western Houston Bush IAH shuttle reservation service, operated by ANAR Hospitality LLC. By making a reservation, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility and accurate information
The complimentary shuttle is intended for registered hotel guests and other guests authorized by Best Western Houston Bush IAH. You agree to provide accurate reservation, contact, passenger, baggage, and terminal information.
Reservations and pickup
Hotel to airport: Guest reservations must be made at least 60 minutes before pickup. All times are shown in Houston local time. Guests must be in the hotel lobby at least 15 minutes early with their luggage ready to depart. The shuttle departs at the scheduled pickup time, and guests who are not present and ready may miss their shuttle.
Airport to hotel: Guests choose their arrival date without selecting a pickup time, and should reserve at least 30 minutes before calling the front desk. After collecting all bags, the guest must contact the hotel front desk. Hotel staff will dispatch the next available shuttle. Guests must wait in the designated hotel shuttle area at Terminal A (Door 115) or Terminal C (Door 105). Guests must contact the hotel front desk and must not contact the shuttle driver directly.
Shuttle conduct
Food, drinks, and smoking are not allowed in the shuttle. The hotel or driver may refuse service when a guest has a strong smoke odor or when conduct presents a safety, cleanliness, or comfort concern for the vehicle or other passengers.
Changes and cancellations
Online changes and cancellations are unavailable. Contact the front desk promptly if your plans change. A new request does not cancel an earlier reservation.
Service availability
Shuttle service is subject to vehicle capacity, traffic, weather, airport conditions, safety requirements, and operational availability. Pickup and travel times are estimates and may change. Guests remain responsible for allowing enough time for airline check-in, security, and scheduled departures.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the reservation service, submit false or duplicate reservations, interfere with its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes. The hotel may refuse or cancel requests that appear fraudulent, unsafe, abusive, or inconsistent with hotel operations.
Separate SMS Terms
Text messages are optional and are not a condition of any hotel service. If you choose to receive them, that service is governed by the separate SMS Terms presented with the SMS consent option.
Privacy
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Use periodically. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
